Ch. 26 vs Ch. 32… On the left, I was overwhelmed, stressed, burned out, broke, broken, rolling with all the issues not dealing with how I really felt threw at me on a daily basis, pleasing people, and trying to figure out if THAT was what it meant to grow up. I had a college degree, started my career, had built a side business that exceeded my monthly salary, BUT still felt like there had to be more to life than living on autopilot!
On the right, I’m happy forreal (and not acting like I am), gluten free, coffee free, retired from people pleasing, A LOT healthier, and unapologetically, enjoying MY life again!
