​Inactivity, refusing to exercise, is also a serious problem, but diet is the largest component of weight loss. People who have unhealthy relationships with food can struggle to keep themselves at their ideal weight.
Many women do not understand their own bodies or appropriate daily nutrient requirements. You do not understand portion control, often eating too much or not enough of the right foods.
