Why?  Because often times when we’re trying to follow once fits all advice that’s where the overwhelm, stress, and anxiety creep in. And before you get started you’re asking yourself am I going to do this right, should I be doing it that way instead, I don’t I have a much free time like she did should I bother trying, will it really work for me, this is requiring a lot more than I was expecting, and the list goes on!
